Vermiculite : Brown Rice Flour : Rye Grain Flour is
8:3:1

3 Jars of PH Balanced BROWN RICE Flour and Vermiculite mushroom substrate.
(small size for fast colonization).

Hand Milled Organic Rye Grain Flour.

The substrate are already Pressure Sterilized and ready for inoculation on arrival.
